People simply just do not know the value of fitness and eating healthy and are following traditional ways of doing things. Adam attempts to show them the value of managing their health and using fitness to strengthen their body and mind which ultimately means living a more enriched and fulfilling life
People being more bodily conscious and mind conscious of what they put and do to their body is a change Adam would like to see and help out with. We should all adopt a healthy and physically active lifestyle. This would drastically decrease healthcare cost and have citizens living a more vibrant life.
Adam is helping out by motivating and inspiring others to adopt a physically active lifestyle. He also trains individuals to reach greater fitness levels. He enjoys showing up to events and speaking to the people on the importance of fitness and mind health.
When Adam visits a place that is not as privilege, he looks for the beauty or positive in everything he ponders or sees. If you live in Canada it’s very easy to have a mind state like that because every circumstance that exist here has a cause or program trying to combat that specific issue. The resources here are abundant. Now third world countries are harder as there is a cause for their issues but usually these causes are tiny compared to the issue at stake.When he is in a unprivileged place he try’s to come up with solutions. He is just one man and he knows he cannot correct everything but If he can make the connection with the right people that have the right tools and resources to help he’s content with that.
When asked if he has any role models or people who motivated him to want change; He said, he doesn’t have any role models he just has experience and circumstances that he faced which has altered the way he thinks and the way he does things.
In five years Adam sees himself running health promotion initiatives publicly and in small communities. He plans to continue to have a fitness present that promotes physical literacy for everyone. He is striving to make a positive impact on ground surface and on the cyber world.
Adam has no major upcoming events but If all goes according to plan, he hopes to release his final fitness motivational video in July 2012. Adams thinks people will like it the most. Let’s just hope he can make it happen because its a huge concept. At this moment people can follow Adam online.
